In this consultation, I will explain to you more about Expressive Arts Therapy and ask you some introductory questions so we can get acquainted. You have a chance to briefly tell me what’s going on for you and to ask me any questions about sessions as well.

Individual EXA Counselling Session
This session is the standard length and will loosely follow this model check in, decentering - arts making - counseling, and then a review and check in about how the experience was for you. 60 mins | $140 + GST
Artistic Support Session
This session is focused more on creative exploration and accessing new ways to approach your art (as opposed to the therapeutic approach.) This is helpful for (but not limited to) people who are feeling especially creatively blocked, those working on large projects who need a new perspective, or just need more creativity in their lives. This session type is not covered by insurance.
60 mins | $140 + GST
Deep Dive EXA Counselling Session
This session is thirty minutes longer than the standard length and will give us a chance to spend more time in the art making and counselling space. Sessions will loosely follow this model check in, decentering - arts making - counseling, and then a review and check in about how the experience was for you.
